Beef processed at Coon Creek Packing in Caro must be picked up directly from them. For a map of pickup locations and current hours see the "Delivery Options" page.
Coon Creek Packing in Caro packages most cuts in vacuum sealed clear plastic. This makes it easier to see exactly what is in each package, and it allows for thawing in water if you forget and need to do that (umm, yes please!). This costs more, but many of our customers have said they really like it and feel it is worth the price. Coon Creek also provides sturdy cardboard boxes for transport so you do not need to bring coolers unless you're traveling a long distance on a hot day. Meat processed there must be picked up directly from them, farm pickup is not available.
Coon Creek charges a $12.50 butcher fee per quarter and $0.99 per pound of hanging weight for processing.
